How to order ?

Ordering Information

Santa's Decoshop is at your service around-the-clock, 7 days a week, on the internet.

Should you have any question regarding our shop or products you can reach us monday through friday (except national holidays) from 1000 to 1700 CET (0900 to 1600 GMT) either...

Please understand that we can accept your orders via our internet shopping system only. Placing an order via phone, fax or email is not possible unless specified otherwise.

If you are searching for a special item that we currently do not offer in our shop but you think should be there, just let us know! We'll do our best to get it for you!

How can I pay?

We currently offer the following payment methods for international customers:

Advance Payment Using this method, you will have to manually transfer the money directly to our bank account. After we have received your order you will be sent an email with the necessary data to transfer the money directly to our bank account (using IBAN & BIC/SWIFT codes). As of 2003, bank to bank transactions within the EU (Euro Zone) are charged with the same rates as national bank transfers. So usually, no additional fees will be charged by your bank. For International customers outside the Euro-Zone (Banks in Great Britain usually do act as if they were in the Euro zone): Please make sure that all banking fees that may apply will be charged to your account. We are not able to process your order if we are deducted a transaction fee.
As soon as the full invoice amount is credited to our bank account we will send out your order within three business days. A money transfer within Europe usually takes a maximum of 1 business day to complete if you make your transfer online or at an electronic banking terminal and if all the supplied data was correct. So be sure to use the correct IBAN and BIC/SWIFT data provided by us as this usually speeds up the process. If you decide to submit the transfer order manually to your bank, please note that this may add a few extra days until the transfer will show up in our account.
 
Creditcard We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Just select the creditcard option during checkout. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. 
 
PayPal PayPal is a payment service provider that is owned and operated by ebay. Already very popular in the US it's popularity is growing rapidly in Europe as well. With PayPal you can use all major credit cards, the credit on your PayPal account and special banking services to pay your order. At the end of the checkout process our shop system will directly transfer you to the PayPal webpages to enter your details. After the money has been credited to our PayPal account we are immediately notified and will ship your order within three business days. Should you accidentally have closed the PayPal windows that is opening automatically at the end of the checkout process, you can transfer the money manually using the site www.paypal.com . New: Support for PayPal Express. Simply click on the PayPal Express button upon entering the checkout process for an even faster and more integrated way to pay.
 
Cash on delivery This method is only available for customers within Germany. Selecting cash-on-delivery will add a payment fee of 6 Euro to your order. In addition you will be charged a payment fee of 2 Euro by DHL upon delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How does the shopping cart system work?
Items can be placed in the cart by simply clicking the [add to cart] button next to it. You can view the contents of the cart at any time by clicking on the [display cart] button. On this page, items can also be removed from the cart by simply clicking on [x remove]. To start the purchase process for the contents of the cart click the [continue to next step] button.

Do I have to register to order?
No. After having started the check out process you are being asked to fill in your data. Fields marked with a * are mandatory. To avoid having to re-enter your data during a next visit to our shop, you can create an optional customer account. When you visit again, you just enter your account name (which usually is the email address you registered with) and the password you assigned yourself during account creation and you have access to your individual customer menu, which also allows you to view your previous orders, change your details or delete your account.

When does my order become legally binding?
In step 5 of the check out process you are being asked to review all the information regarding your order again. By clicking the button [Submit order] you complete the check out process. You can abort the check out at any time by clicking the [Home] button or closing the browser window.
You can also find information on how to correct entries you have made on the individual step pages throughout the check out process.

How can I make use of the additional money back guarantee?
As a member of  Trusted Shops, we are offering our customers the money back guarantee by Atradius. We are covering all the cost of this guarantee for you. All you have to do to apply for it, is to register yourself after you have completed the checkout process. The money back guarantee covers non-delivery, missing reimbursements and credit card fraud.
