How do I know if an item is on stock
Next to each item in our shop you will find a small icon that will tell you if
- a product is in stock (green icon)
- a product is in stock in low quantities (yellow icon)
- or if it is sold out (red icon)
When a product is sold out, we will try to give an estimate on when the product will be available again. If nothing is mentioned, please expect delivery times of multiple weeks as we will have to order the product for you from our suppliers.
Since products in a christmas shop are seasonal item by design, they are also only produced once a year by their manufacturers. For that reason we already know for some items, that they will become available in several months at best. In such cases, the product will still be listed in the shop so that you can get information about it, but will not be available for ordering. As soon as we know when such an item will be available again, we will enable the ordering functionality.
Delivery Times
Products that are in stock -items marked green or yellow in the shop (see above)- are shipping within three days after payment has been received (except cash-on-delivery of course). For more information about the available methods of payment, please visit our „How to order?“ page.
Within Germany we generally ship via DHL. Their delivery lead time within Germany is 1-2 days. For countries within the EU we use UPS with a delivery lead time of 2-3. For all other countries please expect a 3-5 day delivery time with either UPS or DHL (or affiliated service).
Deliveries utilizing cash-on-delievery and deliveries to countries outside the EU (i.e. Switzerland, Norway, etc.) are being handled by either DHL or UPS.
Cash-on-delivery orders within Germany can be deliverd to "Packstation" addresses opposed to other orders that are sent via UPS. However, should an order exceed the maximum dimensions for a "Packstation", we will inform you accordingly to arrange delivery to an alternate address.

Your order may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes if your ship-to address is in a country outside the European Union (i.e. Switzerland, Norway, USA, etc.). Those fees are usually collected directly by the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping Costs
The shipping fees are being calculated based on the goods value in your cart and the country of your ship-to address. You can find a detailed listing of the calculation base below.
As an alternative, you can let the shop calculate the costs for you. Simply login with your account (if exists) and start browsing the shop. As soon as you put an item in your cart, the shop will display your individual shipping costs. Should you not have an account with the shop, or not be logged in, it will assume you are ordering from Germany and display the shipping fees based on this assumption. As soon as you log in or enter you shipping address details during the checkout process, the shop will recalculate and update the displayed shipping fees.
Please note that you can remove an item from the cart at any given time. You can try around as you like without any obligation. Your order will only be sent, if you click the [Submit Order] button in step 5 of the checkout process. At any prior step you can still change or cancel the order to your liking.

Important information regarding damaged goods
Despite careful wrapping and packing of your order, damages during transport can still occur from time to time. In such cases, we will of course replace the damaged products free of charge.
In cases where you might receive a damaged package, we would like to ask you to do the following, to speed up the replacing process:
Should the damages be obvious and visible the moment the package is being delivered to you, please directly file a claim with the carrier or have them sign off the damages. After this, please inform us about this and also let us know if there was additional damage to the goods within the package so we can replace it if necessary. If goods need to be returned to us due to damages, please inform us prior to sending them via email, telephone or fax.
The above stated procedure is of course no mandatory process to follow in order to get your replacement. It simply helps to speed everything up and to resolve the issue for you.
